Think, Act, Report
Led by the Government Equalities Office, the ‘Think, Act, Report’ voluntary framework supports and encourages organisations to improve gender equality in their organisations. Oliver James Associates supports the focus on the gender pay gap and has signed-up to ‘Think, Act, Report’, so will be reporting on our gender statistics.
The make-up of our business
Below you can see the make-up of our workforce including both support function and front office. These statistics refer to our people across the global business and are accurate as at the end of July 2016.
Monitoring our diversity statistics helps us to measure the success of Diversity and Inclusion efforts, ensure that our commitment to creating a working environment that values diversity is being realised and to plan where to focus our attention.
The statistics demonstrate the diversity of our workforce. However we acknowledge that we need to do more, particularly at senior levels.
