** Underwriting Operations Manager - Insurance - London - 12 Month Contact - OUTSIDE IR35 **

A leading Insurance business based in the heart of the City, is looking for an Underwriting Operations Manager to work closely with the business and external vendors with a key focus to work directly with the Underwriters to understand their current processes and how these can be improved.

They are looking for someone that has come from a London Market Insurance background that has previously worked within Underwriting teams and have the ability to understand how the Underwriting teams operate which requires in-depth understanding of their processes. You will also have strong TOM and process change experience to understand how the key relationships and processes can be improved moving forward.

Key Skills:

• Must have Lloyd's Insurance experience
• Underwriting knowledge
• Strong in-depth understanding of underwriting processes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to look at TOM and operating processes
