Job Description

Global MNC client looking for engineer to provide international enterprise-level assistance for their global operations. International training exposure is provided as well!

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system/network issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Key Requirements:
  • Strong technical background and able to deliver technical support on 2nd & 3rd line incidents
  • Hands-on experience in Windows & Linux environment. Strong preference for Windows
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
