Role: IT Helpdesk Technician
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: up to €38,000

My client, one of Ireland's top Pharmaceutical companies , is expanding their technical team in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will be part of a growing technical team supporting their internal users across Ireland. Some of the day to day responsibilities include assisting end users with incident resolution, re imaging of computers, supporting and managing multi-function devices.

Skills Required
- Active Directory
- Office365
- Experience supporting Windows 10
- Hardware support
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to learn
