My client has acquired a new CRM system and need a CRM specialist to lead this group wide implementation. You will be a hands-on, highly organised, data and execution driven team player capable of leading a business critical project for our group globally.
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership for the CRM implementation you will define the project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Reporting into the COO you will make recommendations on the implementation phase, current and future status, and provide regular reporting on the project to stakeholders across the group
- Developing and leveraging CRM channels and shaping our technical infrastructure to create an outstanding and long-term oriented customer experience
- Leading the analysis, solution design and testing phases of the CRM system
- Take responsibility for training our current teams and communicating CRM requirements and actions to a wide audience
What you will have
- 4+ years' experience in CRM systems, including successful implementation
- A track record of business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across CRM (from automation to big volume marketing pushes)
- Demonstrated experience achieving results from complex, large and ambiguous projects in a lean team environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
