Experience:

  • 3+ years experience as a Predictive Modeler or Junior Actuary
  • You must have experience building out analytics tools in the P&C market related to underwriting, cat modeling and/or traditional pricing
  • Experience automating processes
  • Strong technical experience with Python, R and VBA
  • Ability to independently build a tool, challenge it and work with the team in improving capabilities
  • Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with calibration and validation preferred but not essential
