Your mission
- to handle social media presence ensuring high levels of website, app, chats, Phone, etc., commercial traffic working together with the Paid Social Acquisition Manager, Blogger and News Manager and interacting with all Digital Marketing Team Members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Collaborate with other teams members to ensure brand consistency and achievement
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to achieve Social Media Specific objectives
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- To have 3+ years of experience in an agency
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management and ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Excellent copywriting skills
- To know how to deal with numerous data and analyze Social Media performance
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Understand SMEs targets pain points and create attractive mix of Social Initiatives for them.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and Familiarity with web and app design
- Knwoledge of Social Selling Techniques
