• You will analyze the market and prospect in your portfolio
• You will proactively and directly approaching candidates
• You will be screened, interviewed and prepared
• You will have an impact on the current team by leading by example
• You will be advising clients and candidates on recruitment processes
• You will be responsible for your market and be an expert in your area

Senior Sales Recruiter - You profile:

• You are driven by success and eager to learn everyday
• You speak French OR Dutch AND Englishµ
• You already have a proven track record in Recruitment
• You hold a Bachelor / Master Degree
• You want to evolve and be the pioneer of a new division
