Senior Project Manager position available in a leading global technology business, offering long term career options and excellent package for the right candidates!
The role:
- Assist in the companies mainframe migration projects for largescale migrations - Data centre to cloud / hybrid cloud migrations
- End-to-end transition of the Mainframe Cluster inclusive of planning, execution, developing quality plan, identifying and managing risks, issues / blockers, tracking tasks / deliverables, reporting and communication from inception to completion, including allocation of infrastructure resources, engagement with Atos internal teams and managing day-to-day communication with Client
- Support large MNC clients or Government projects
- Project contract values of over $80 million
- Creation of project implementation plans
Requirements:
- 10+ years project management experience
- Strong experience of mainframe migration projects
- Knowledge of mainframe technologies
- Degree qualified within IT, System Engineering or similar relevant field
- Knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise achitecture solutions, IT outsourcing, data centre's
- PMP / Prince2 certified
