SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITY
- Strong Project Management skills and experience working with multiple methodology (waterfall, iterative, agile, etc)
- Experience working closely with offshore (India) resources to closely monitor progress, set priorities, and resolve issues
- Ability to use multiple tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Powerpoint, MS Excel, etc) to track, manage, and communicate critical aspects of project delivery
- Experience managing third party vendor delivery based on contractual agreements
- Ability to manage more than one small project at a time
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
- Experience with RPA, IA, Cloud Data Migrations a plus.
Currently searching for a Senior Project Manager for a leading Insurer based out of the Philly area. This is a hybrid perm opportunity.
The PM will lead cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget to meet business goals.
The PM will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, managing project budgets, and ensuring project maintains alignment with business goals.
