Is seeking a Senior Programme Delivery Lead to plan and solve business issues from strategy to execution. The role will deliver business and IT change initiatives, operational readiness and business process engineering initiatives.
You will be expected to team with other Business and IT leaders, supporting an operating model for delivery Project Management best practice and driving improvements.
This role has direct management responsibility of up to 7/8 people.
- Business relationship management
- Enhance business and IT relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
- Support ongoing and continuous improvement of project management methods, standards, tools and approach
- Ensure best practices are carried out as well as recommend solutions and best practices
- Utilise agile and programme methodology to develop PM plans for initiatives
- Identify and capture IT demand from the business
- London / Lloyd's Market Insurance, Reinsurance, Insurance or Services organisations
- Understanding of the latest market innovations and development within the Global Insurance sector
- Experience and knowledge of operational IT services
