👩💻 Our client, a multinational financial services corporation, is looking for an experienced freelance Network Engineer to reinforce their team and expertise in Belgium.

🔹 Network Engineer - The job
Your main responsibilities:
- Management and implementation of multi-domain network environments;
- Implementation of network designs in collaboration with design and platform teams;
- Upgrade and rearchitecture of corporate and Datacenter networks;
- Resolution of network communications and operations problems;
- Planning, time, and implementation of regional projects.
🔹 Network Engineer - The profile
You have:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of IT experience in the following areas: : Networking, including LAN/WAN - Firewalls - wireless - Security and encryption technologies
- An excellent command of English
- Willingness to work occasional weekends/weeknights for planned work;
- Experience with TCP/IP protocol
- Hands on knowledge across Leading Network Vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Arista & Checkpoint.
- Broad knowledge of Project Management methodology and best practices.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Network diagnostics, BGP, SNMP, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, ACI technologies.
- Strong command on Datacenter Network technologies
