Senior Manager, Business Process Improvement - Insurance

One of the leading multinational Insurers is embarking on large scale business transformation to improve business process efficiencies across back office operations. In turn, they now require a senior leader to shape and drive initiatives including business process re-engineering, lean and automation.

Key experience required;

  • Proven and in-depth experience and successful delivery of business process improvement within a complex environment
  • A strong business improvement toolset - LEAN/six sigma
  • Ability to engage at both Cx level as well as at coalface and adapt approaches to drive change
  • A proven change agent and experience reviewing and redesigning processes
  • An element of tech savviness in order to exploit the full potential on initiatives such as Robotics, Cognitive, AI
  • Insurance or Banking experience is considered
  • Strong communication skills in English & Cantonese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager grading
