Our client is a international insurance company around the globe. They're now looking for a (Senior) IT Business Analyst to joining their team.
Your Role
- Gather business requirement to understand business objectives, processes, products & services
- Provide proper solutions based on gathered business requirements
- Collect feedback and manage change requests to ensure the interests of different stakeholders are addressed
- Work together with different teams to prioritize requirements
- Work with QA team to support development of SIT test cases and scenario
- Communicate with business teams to produce required UAT test data according to UAT test plan
- Support IT teams to reproduce UAT defects and identify issues if any with business tests/representatives
- Evaluate project impact through consultation, regulatory, IT management, QA, validation and training teams
- Analyze requirements to determine the systems' potential and define impact to other business units and systems
- Make use of Unified Modeling Language tools in creating Use Cases, Class and Sequence Diagrams based on the product design documentation
- Support system configuration and integration testing including the functionality, performance and fit to ensure original requirements are met
- Identify and document the detailed business functional requirements through interview with business users
- Facilitate the working sessions for approved projects and enhancements while complying with the main principles relevant to legal and regulatory controls that govern standard work practices
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree holder with 3 years of experience serving as BA in Life insurance
- LOMA certification is bonus
- Project delivery with involvement in full SDLC experience in Waterfall / Agile framework
- Strong capability in business process analysis
- Good communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
