I am currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager for one of my very well established clients in the city.

The role will be hybrid - 3 days per week in the office.

The role will entail a combination of Compliance duties including:

-Financial crime (sanctions screening, AML, fraud etc)

- Policy reviews

- Compliance monitoring

- Advising the business on the latest regulations and best practice

- Managing the team and leading by example

The business operates in the Broking/Reinsurnace space so ideally the candidate will come from this industry background and have exposure/knowledge of either broking or reinsurance.
