A tier 1 European Bank is urgently hiring a Business Analyst for their Operational Risk Management team. This is a team of SMEs covering Business Continuity and Incident Management. As a Business Analyst, you will report to the Head of Business Continuity and Incident / Crisis Management and work along with the Project Manager. You will be responsible in developing Business Continuity Plan with stakeholders and work on upstream and downstream data sources. You will play an important role in ensuring Operational Resilience testing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review Business Continuity Plans and consistently evaluate the project to identify areas of improvement
- Support Business Continuity plans by conducting gap analysis
- Provide training session and other necessary reporting to support management of timeline and quality
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory
- Stakeholder management
Requirements:
- Experienced Business Analyst with strong understanding of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity
- Knowledgeable in Risk Management and Operational Management
- Strong Financial Services industry background
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
