Senior Business Analyst (Claims)

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Global Claims Change Team you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of time critical, complex transformational change across multiple sites with a clear focus on the execution of sustainable results.

You will collaborate with senior claims management and specialists to enhance business performance and ensure alignment with tactical and strategic goals. To be successful in this role, you will have proven Business Analyst experience as well as excellent process improvement, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required Experience

• A strong track record and experience working on business transformation and process improvement projects, analyzing, designing and implementing sustainable change within the Insurance Sector, ideally within a claims function.
• An excellent track record in driving tangible results through structured process analysis and demonstrable knowledge of continuous improvement and B.A. methodologies e.g. Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ITIL, BCS or other certified methodologies.
• Able to translate and simplify complex business scenarios and collaborate across functions and stakeholders groups.
• Effective communicator across all levels of the business.
