Our client is seeking a candidate to join the finance group as a Senior Accountant, Corporate Finance. The Corporate Finance team is a critical part of the Company's finance reporting process, and this individual will be an integral part of the growing team.

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of the Company's financial statements
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures
• Prepare quarter over quarter and year or year analysis and present findings to senior management in finance
• Assists in managing the quarterly close process, including preparation of the close calendar and monitoring status
• Support budget and forecasting activities
• Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Help drive change in the organization through participation in special projects and ad hoc analyses
