We're pleased to be partnering a rapidly growing & highly acquisitive organisation looking to recruit a Senior Actuarial Analyst.

The role sits within the Actuarial Operations team with our client and the successful individual can be based from either Telford, Hitchin or Preston with only 1 day per week required in the office.

Experience required:

• You will have some experience in an actuarial role and have ideally started to progress through your actuarial exams (exam passes/exemptions not essential)
• You must have strong MS Excel skills
• Ideally you will have experience of working in either a capital or analysis team within the Life Insurance sector however a pensions actuarial background would also be considered.

This position reports in to the Capital Actuary:

• The team focus on producing regulatory forms, including regular ALM monitoring, matching adjustments, calculations and compliance work. The calculations involve producing capital numbers that go into the regulatory returns. For the regulatory returns the team are responsible for monitoring the changes in the market, the balance sheet and the funds required to hold in order to manage the risk.
• You will also work on an ad-hoc project basis; An upcoming project will be related to a systems migration.
