I am currently working with a key Banking client based in South Wales who are looking to source an Interim Securitisation Manager for a 6 month contract starting ASAP.
- Responsible for the delivery of the month end accounting processes, including oversight and sign off of journals
- Preparation of monthly Investor Reporting for external Rating Agencies and Investors
- Sign off on daily securitisation reports & cash payments
- Annual preparation of company financial statements, liaising with external auditors
- Qualified Accountant
- Stakeholder management with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Understanding of financial systems and processes
- Knowledge of securitisation, market risk would be advantageous
