Our Client is looking for a skill Scrum Master to lead their Agile Projects
Job Scope
- Be accountable to the Program Manager, Programme Director, Head of Department and the overall program/project for the production of deliverables within agreed timescale, quality and budget
- Be accountable for both establishing Scrum and for the Scrum Team's effectiveness
- A true leader who serves the Scrum Team
- Facilitate as requested or required all scrum events related meetings and ensuring that all Scrum Events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time box
- Supports the Product Owners and the scrum team to maintain a healthy backlog for the current and upcoming sprints; guides teams to commit to work within the boundaries of the team's historical velocity
- Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
- Fully responsible for removing of impediments of the scrum team by all means
- Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Work and make sure scrum team adhering to concepts, principles, practices, guidelines and ceremonies of the Agility Framework within the club
- Ensuring that the Scrum Team has all required artifacts both in Agility Framework and in PDLC were completed and signed off
- As a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, and communicates with other management, developers, product managers, and technical support specialists
- Identify and manage relationships through effective communication with scrum team including third-parties and act as the primary point-of-contact
- Helping those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with Scrum Team are helpful
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/or other related subjects
- Scrum Master Certification ( Scale Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc)
- Master in an IT Development Project/Programme Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation
- Around 1-3 years of Agile Project Methodology experience
- The Scrum Master serves the Development Team in several ways, including:
- Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality;
- Helping the Development Team to create high-value products;
- Removing impediments to the Development Team's progress;
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed; and,
- Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.
- Agile Scrum Manager certification preferred
- Leading SAFe - Scaled Agile certification a plus
- Strong background in Software Development to continuously improve the development velocity
- Proficiency and hands on experience in the Jira/Confluence environment
- Preferably with experience on the CI/CD pipeline
- Experience in working with offshore development centre is an advantage
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Cantonese is required and Putonghua (written and spoken) is an advantage
