Scrum Master - Permanent - Insurance Industry

Our client are going through a significant transformation within their IT function and we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to work alongside Senior Leaders to ensure change initiatives are correctly planned and executed.

The Scrum Master will conform to approved methodologies and standards in delivering change that is compliant with the business while collaborating with IT Architects, Software Engineers, Technical Experts, QA, Analysts and 3rd Party Vendors.

Type: Permanent

Working Model: Hybrid 2 days a week on-site

Location: Dublin City Centre

Salary: DOE + benefits

Key Strengths required:

• 8 years of experience within IT industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience acting as a Scrum Master
• Have collaborated with a big organisation on Applications related projects
• Ability to collaborate with IT Teams mentioned above, Senior Stakeholders and influence all levels of the organisation
• Vendor Management
