Responsibilities:

• Help the programme team understand Agile theory, practices, and values
• Coach individuals, teams and organizations to apply the framework and facilitate their collaboration with other teams
• Facilitate Agile events
• Help to develop high-performing teams
• Together with the Product Owner ensure that the squads understand the business objectives, the scope and the product and define clear as well as concise backlog items
• Establish an impact, value delivery focused mindset
• Promote and coach self-organization and continuous improvement

Desired and Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of the Agile Frameworks with at least two years practical experience as a Scrum Master
• Project Management experience
• Solid Azure Dev Ops experience
• Team player who lives: active listening, empathy, awareness, foresight, commitment to growth, and community building
• Facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship building skills
• Passionate, known for a positive, "can do" attitude, continuously learning and developing
