My client is seeking a talented and motivated Scrum Master to join their transformation team to deliver Regional Transformation Programmes. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of our projects while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a servant leader and facilitator for the agile development team.
- Guide and coach the team on implementing Scrum practices and values effectively.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Identify and remove obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
- Track and report project metrics to monitor team performance and project health.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting agile best practices and learning opportunities.
- Actively contribute to the Agile community by sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
- Experience in resolving conflicts and promoting collaboration within teams.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and project management software.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
This role is a contract role, initial contract: 12 months and maximum budget of HKD 58k/month.
