I am currently recruiting for a Scrum Master to join a leading Financial Services Institute based here in Dublin on an initial 6 month contract.

My client is going through significant transformation within their Data teams and are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead this team through new ways of working as a part of a wider change transformation.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Jira and be an advocate for change and transformation along with the following:
> Previous hands on experience working in a Scrum Master role.
> Knowledgeable in the areas of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
> Ability to coach/teach scrum practices and principles.
> An excellent communicator - ability to resolve conflict, influence the team and facilitate key areas for discussion.
> Will have the responsibility to perform the following tasks; facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and reporting.
> Be an advocate for agile methodologies and transformation.

The role:
> Initial 6 month contract (rolling).
> Hybrid model (x2 day on-site per week).
