My client, a market leading specialty insurer, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Accountant to join their team in the City of London.
Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Accountant
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 basic + bonus + benefits
Location: City of London
Industry: Insurance
Key responsibilities:
- To assist/prepare the Regulatory Reporting returns
- To assist/prepare the Syndicate Underwriting Year Accounts and the Syndicate Annual Report
- To critically analyse all of the data in the Lloyd's returns - prior to submission
- To liaise with external auditors providing appropriate information as required
Key experience:
- Newly Qualified- ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Strong grasp of UK GAAP / US GAAP
- Strong understanding of insurance accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good team player
