This is a key senior position within the business, in which you will be expected to lead a team of three actuaries as well as a team of 5 indirect reports on the consolidation and communication of all actuarial valuation, reporting and analysis to senior management for decision making purposes.

This is a key senior position within the business, in which you will be expected to lead a team of three actuaries as well as a team of 5 indirect reports on the consolidation and communication of all actuarial valuation, reporting and analysis to senior management for decision making purposes.
The ideal candidate should be a fully/nearly qualified actuary with 11+ years of solid valuation experience and a demonstrated leader. Prior experience with US GAAP/IFRS will be advantageous for the role but not an absolute must.
The person they are looking to hire for this role will be a strong candidate for succession so there is a lot of emphasis on this persons ability to not only manage but work directly with both technical/non-technical audiences.
