Programme Manager - Speke, Liverpool
Joining a successful customer experience transformation specialist you will be working on a large scale customer service and contact centre transformation. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and a demonstrable background in delivering change within complex environments.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Oversight of portfolio of change across the business operations supporting the client
- Management of core governance and reporting processes
- Knowledge and experience of both technology roll out and small and large scale service/operations transitions work
- Working across complex stakeholder groups, client, 3rd party IT etc
- Clear evidence of both strategic contribution and scale delivery
