They are a lean and profitable business, with half of their premiums being generated through MGA's they are looking for a bright expert to manage the relationships with senior external stakeholders and work close with IT and Development teams internally to manage IT projects.

Our technology and transformation team at Oliver James Associates are partnered with a P&C Speciality Insurance in NYC on a newly created position. They are a lean and profitable business, with half of their premiums being generated through MGA's they are looking for a bright expert to manage the relationships with senior external stakeholders and work close with IT and Development teams internally to manage IT projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirement Gathering from MGA's
- Building and maintaining MGA relationships
- Working with IT and Development teams on Data and System integration projects
The successful candidate will have the following background / experience:
- Proven track record of working with MGA's either from carrier or consultancy
- Strong P&C Insurance experience
- Understand and be able to translate technical requirements from business / IT
- Experience within a client facing position
- 10 years experience in a similar position or at least 10 years experience within insurance industry
This position will report to the COO, and you will have exposure to all of the executive team within the organization.
