Oliver James are pleased to be working with a multinational insurance company seeking a Pricing Manager to join their Pricing Team under the guidance of the Head of Market Pricing.
Within this role you will be developing and improving the online implementation of their Pricing systems. You will be assessing the Pricing infrastructures strengths and limitation. There will be an expectation to mix commercial acumen and technical skills and to effortlessly manage the relationship between the IT and Pricing. This role will give you the responsibility of managing a direct report , who you will look to support and develop.
Experience required:
- General insurance experience, ideally within Personal Lines
- Knowledge of models to support data analysis for credit risk assessment
- Experience working effectively with Pricing and Underwriting teams
- Well developed analytical skills
- Experience in R/Python is an advantage
- Must be able to work independently and use own initiative to conduct complex analysis
- Demonstrated ability in project management
