We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join one of our established Financial Services clients based in London. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within financial services and life and pensions experience is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills. This will include good report writing and presentation skills
- Confidence to challenge and direct others to deliver to deadlines who are not direct reports in a tactful way so as to maintain good working relationships
- Ability to interpret information quickly, develop and present solutions, along with reasoned arguments clearly and concisely to various audiences
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities, to work to deadlines and to undertake a multi-faceted role, when required
- Self-motivated and able to take the initiative, whilst also motivating others in achieving common business objectives
- A good team worker who is able to work well with others and establish strong working relationships
