For a great innovative company, specialized in the E-Commerce Pharma industry, we're looking for a brilliant Performance Marketing Specialist.
Accountabilities:
- Setup, Management and Optimization of Performance Marketing campaigns on Google Ads and other major platforms
- Support in defining the customer acquisition strategy
- Ensure successful campaigns managing bids and budget allocation to meet the predefined KPIs
- Definition of proper KPIs to analyze different campaign types
- Campaigns monitoring and analysis through detailed reporting activity
Requirements:
- Degree in quantitative disciplines (economics, quantitative marketing, mathematics and engineering)
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads
- 1/3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience using a data driven approach
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and GA4
- Strong analytical and numerical skills: comfortable working with large data sets, understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data
