The role:

The successful person will be responsible for partnering with global stakeholders from various locations, and will influence and shape employee engagement, talent reviews, and performance reviews.

The successful Organization Development consultant will be responsible for:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Performance reviews
  • Process improvement
  • Manage workshops
  • Employee Engagement

The successful Organization Development consultant should have the following skills:

  • Worked with Human Resource departments to improve organization effectiveness
  • Experience in working with a global business / stakeholder
  • Implemented improvements in the HR team
  • Worked on employee engage initiatives
