Job Description
- Timely delivery of BRD, functional specification, and system blueprints, which are fit for purpose
- Understand requirements with LBU BAU units
- Responsible for documenting business requirements, functional specifications, system blueprints and UAT
- Support implementation of end-to-end solutions relevant to Oracle GL/ HFM projects across multiple locations
- Work with other BAs and consultants to review the adequacy of the reconciliation process
About the Successful Candidate
- Oracle GL/ HFM/ Financial Reporting system implementation or finance transformation experience
- Good understanding on Oracle design principals preferred
- 5-10 years of Finance BAU/ implementation experience
- Experienced in Business Analyst role to collect and document business requirements, solutions recommendation as well as to support testing, data mapping and reconciliations
- Strong communication skills to convey and advise on technical setup and arrangements to business stakeholders
- Exposure with implementation involving multiple countries
- CPA qualification, or from Finance BAU background
