I am currently supporting a renowned Life & GI Insurance business to find them a Regional Operations Transformation Lead who will play a pivotal part in delivering integration and customer digital solutions.

- Minimum 15 year's experience working in Operational Change in Life Insurance
- Strong ability to Programme Manage at Group or Regional level
- Ability to manage change with Group & Regional Level CFO, CEO and CFO
- Proven track record of implementing digital enabled services
- Strong communication and an ability to influence and challenge status quo processes
- Present new ideas and consult with the business
- Manage business work-streams
- Passion for digital change
