** Operations Director - London Market Insurance - London - 12 Month Contact - OUTSIDE IR35 **

A leading Insurance business based in the heart of the City, is looking for an Operations Director to work closely with the business and external vendors with a key focus to work directly with the Claims, Underwriting and Broking teams to understand their current processes and how these can be improved.

They are looking for someone that has come from a London Market Insurance background that has previously worked within Underwriting, Broking and Claims teams and have the ability to understand how the each team operates which requires in-depth understanding of their processes. You will also have strong TOM and process change experience to understand how the key relationships and processes can be improved moving forward.

Key Skills:

• Must have Lloyd's Insurance experience
• Broking, Underwriting and Claims knowledge
• Strong in-depth understanding of London Market Insurance processes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to look at TOM and operating processes
