Oliver James is currently working with a leading Claims Handling provider that is looking for a Motor Claims Handler to join their highly motivated and experienced Claims Team.
This is a great new opportunity working as part of an experienced team and working with some well renowned insurance clients, managing a portfolio of predominately motor claims.
The key duties of this role include:
- Effective assessment, investigation, management and settlement of claims within SLAs & KPI
- Ensuring the validity of claims and carrying out the appropriate checks
- Provide first class customer service to ensure client and customer satisfaction
- Investigate any potentially fraudulent cases and liaise with the relevant client departments
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders - clients, Policyholders, brokers, service providers, solicitors, Injuries Board, etc
The ideal candidate:
- APA or CIP qualified
- Claims Handling experience (Preferably motor)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
