We are urgently looking for a Model Run and Development Specialist who will start her/his career within a new Finance/IT department within this financial institution. The aim of this department is to structure and implement the ongoing, next-level digital transformation of financial data and models that are essential for success now and in the far future of the business lines. This includes full IFRS17 implementation .

Your responsibility will include technical and hands-on management of the financial models used by the financial department, focused on R, Moses, and Risk Agility FM. This also encompasses implementing software updates as a result of continued development of methodologies, products, financial policy and regulation. You will guard the model standards as well as develop new models - working closely with multi disciplinary project teams within the Finance domain.

Your profile

  • Master of Science, preferably in Econometrics, Science, Statistics or Computer Science
  • Affinity with Finance, Risk, modeling and IT
  • Knowledge of R, SQL Server and BI
  • Preferably programming experience
  • Familiar with OTAP and / or CI/CD
  • Familiar with modern cloud services
