Role

- Directly manage and build a team of consultants made up of engineers currently based in France and United Kingdom

- Optimise the underwriting support (risk awareness, risk selection, loss reduction)

- Optimise the development of Risk Consulting services as part of the "Payer to Partner" strategy (risk consulting offer and value proposition, development of an income stream from Risk Consulting advice to clients)

Its missions include among others:

1- Managing MB engineers on its perimeter (Europe & APAC)

2- Optimising the efficiency and technical quality of the engineer's activity

4- Build and deploy a portfolio of innovative and value-added Risk Consulting offers for our customers, in close collaboration with the Innovation & Business Development team

5- Manage the security and compliance of Risk Consulting activities in close collaboration with regional and country managers

As Chief Engineer:

- define and deploy the technical standards of Risk Consulting, in conjunction with the technical department

Define risk rating and management process rules for the engineering department, in conjunction with the head of the technical department

Organise, implement and provide initial and continuing training for MB world engineers. For this, he can rely on the different engineers of the MB world team
