Your role as a member of the team is to provide software engineering across the technology stack, supporting data ETL, machine learning, analytical modelling, knowledge engineering, and result delivery.
This will include hands-on development and maintenance of task scheduling framework, management of code base and software repositories for internal code sharing, development and maintenance of automation pipelines, as well as support for database, general application, and user interface developments.
Extensive experience in software engineering and design patterns, full stack development
Experience of Tomcat, Eclipse, Airflow, Jenkins, BitBucket/git
Familiarity with data science/BI analytic platforms such as KNIME, Alteryx, Rapidminer, Tableau
Relation and non-relation database skills, including expertise in SQL and SPARQL
Experience with RESTful interfaces, microservices, cloud environments
Highly numerate, higher degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematical sciences or engineering preferred
Financial literacy with a keen interest in financial markets
