• Financial analysis on M&A process
• Preparation of presentations
• Analysis of M&A market

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of Investment Banking experience
• End to end M&A experience required (either buy or sell side)
• No specific sector experience is required
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Master's degree in Finance or Economics
