My client, a leading insurance business, is seeking an M&A Associate to join their City of London team.

Job Title: M&A Associate

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting M&A transactions from initial desk-based research through to completion
• Assessing potential targets including preparation of supporting financial models
• Preparing investment and value proposition papers on potential targets
• Supporting M&A due diligence, working closely external advisers and internal diligence teams

Key experience:

• Qualified Accountant
• Integration, strategy or investor relations experience
• Strong commercial acumen
• Insurance / Financial Services experience, preferred
