My client, an MNC firmly situated in the Finance/Insurance broker practice, is further expanding the Transaction Liability team in Singapore with 2 additional hires - an Associate and/or Senior Associate.

Your role, would be client facing and responsible for the development of the TL team by utilising your knowledge in the corporate M&A space.

Essential:

- Common Law Qualified (SG/UK/HK/PRC or US)
- PQE 1-6
- Strong M&A Experience

- English Fluency and good commercial communication skills

Advantageous:

- Finance or Insurance background and Private Practice will be considered
- Mandarin or Bahasa Indo/Melayu fluency advantageous
