Lead UX Designer - Remote (UK Based) - Digital Transformation Solutions
A global digital transformation solutions provider are actively searching for a Lead UX Designer to join their growing team. The business is compromised of multinational teams from across the UK, Poland, USA and Ireland - collaborating to utilise their skillset and provide world class solutions for their clients.
As the Lead UX Designer, you will act as an intermediary between the UX director and the remaining UX Design team. You will be managing the majority of your time getting hands on with the design of these solutions, whilst spending the remainder of your time managing workload distribution amongst colleagues and liaising with clients.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Manage DFL project/ticket delivery.
- Critiquing design DFL delivery handover between UX and engineers, providing actionable feedback to ensure design quality.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product management and engineering to ensure a smooth product development process.
- Fostering frequent communication about design status to the UX director.
Characteristics of a Lead Designer would include somebody whom is comfortable leading a team of Senior UX designers, providing mentorship to junior members of the team and showcasing strong communication skills both internally and with stakeholders.
In return for your support, we are offering a salary up to £85,000 plus benefits inclusive of private medical and life insurance, fully remote working, pension scheme etc.
