Our ideal candidate is hands-on and technically proficient. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment and be capable of making significant contributions to the technical direction of the streaming platform. You will Lead the technical design of cloud-based real-time data processing platform and be main point of contact for all technical decisions related to system architecture.
* Experience with Modern Architectures: Previous experience designing and implementing solutions with service-oriented, microservices, and event-driven architectures. The candidate should be familiar with modern software design patterns and be able to architect scalable and maintainable systems.
* Strong Software Engineering Skills: Strong knowledge of software engineering, with specific expertise in the .NET framework. The candidate should comprehensively understand all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) aspects.
* Cloud-Native Technologies Experience: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and PubSub message distribution. The candidate should be comfortable with container orchestration and message-driven architectures.
* Agile Leadership: Strong knowledge of agile principles and the ability to manage scrum agile teams and technical product backlogs. The candidate should be familiar with Agile methodologies and have experience in a leadership role within an Agile environment.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Team Collaboration: A collaborative nature, especially when working with multidisciplinary teams. The candidate should be a team player, able to work effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds and departments.
