IT Service Desk Analyst - 3 Months - Birmingham

Oliver James Associates are working on behalf of a leading Insurer based in Birmingham looking to appoint an IT Service Desk Analyst for a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second line support to users on IT
  • Receive and resolve any queries using first line investigation wherever needed
  • Log all incidents and prioritise using IT Service Management (ITSM) tool
  • Perform technical fixes and diagnostics as required by 3rd party providers
  • Update and maintain IT Service Desk documentation as needed

Essential Skills

  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles
  • Attention to detail and strong PC skills
  • Proven experience in a Service Desk environment
