I have partnered with one of our award-winning clients in Zurich, who are looking for a Security Analyst to join their expanding Operations Centre. The successful applicant will play a major part in influencing the cyber-security strategy of the business, improve existing systems, and a chance to deal with threats from cyberattacks. This role also offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days home office, 3 on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating of the cyber defence infrastructure and its services.
• Assisting with the development of tools and use cases to enforce the security measures, with a view to identify and deal with events effectively
• Overseeing and analysing current threat-detection systems, examining security-linked events and their effects on ICT systems, communication networks and services.
• Orchestrating and providing defence measures against, and eliminating security-threats, doing so by liaising with other teams to produce the most effective outcome

Experience Required:

• 3+ years working in a Security Operations Centre (or equivalent environment)
• Experience with incident response, penetration testing and reverse engineering
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English and German
• Proficient in Windows or Linux OS, programming language experience (with C, C# or Python is also desirable)
