Technical Scrum Master - Permanent Role
Are you a seasoned Scrum Master with a strong IT background and hands-on experience with Azure Cloud?
Location: London/WFH (Business requires only 1-2 days per month on site)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
A leading financial client of mine are looking to recruit a Tech Scrum Master that will play a pivotal role in steering their digital transformation journey. I am in search of an individual who not only excels in the Scrum Master role but also brings a profound understanding of software development, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Scrum teams in lean principles within Scrum and SAFe.
- Collaborate with the delivery manager to refine CI/CD processes in a DevSecOps environment.
- Apply agile methodologies for efficient planning and delivery.
- Coach and support teams in agile values, principles, and practices.
- Assist teams in managing tasks, issues, and risks for successful sprints.
- Schedule and facilitate Scrum events, ensuring transparent communication.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred.
- 5+ years of similar role experience.
- Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Safe, and CI/CD.
- Leadership experience influencing multiple teams.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Demonstrable experience in software analysis, development, and delivery.
- Experience in DevSecOps in a CI/CD environment using Microsoft platforms.
- Experience with AzureDevOps and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
