For one of the biggest pure players in the European renewables energies sector, we are looking for an Infrastructure Operation Expert with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities and Duties
You will take care of supporting and coordinating the daily activities of the company's IT Operations division. In details:
- Manage IT Infrastructure Operation for the Group
- Analyze and optimize IT Operation procedures (Incident, Change management, ecc.)
- Support and manage on-premise infrastructure
- Manage day by day Escalations process
- Performance monitoring of the Outsourcer Operation activitie
Moreover, we want you to coordinate and support the outsourcer responsible for IT infrastructure overseeing the activities written above. We don't want you to carry on your tasks, we'd like you to propose your ideas to ensure that the IT department operates effectively and reliably.
Key Job Requirements
Knowledge of:
- ITSM
- Service Desk Manage Engine
- Office 365
- Service Desk Operation Procedures
- Microsoft, Cisco, Unix, vmware
- Proficient in English
