Oliver James is currently working with a leading Investment Management company that is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their growing function.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional with exposure to Investments / Funds to step into a Senior role with one of Ireland's leading Investment Managers.

This role reports directly to the Senior Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will have the role of assisting with the implementation and monitoring of the compliance frameworks of the business and will engage in the monitoring and assessment of compliance risk the business faces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Senior Compliance Manager in the assessment and implementation of new regulatory requirements relevant to the businesses
• Managing a team of three Compliance Specialists
• Implementation of a comprehensive Compliance plan and risk -based monitoring program- identifying, agreeing and monitoring actions to address deficiencies

Ideal Candidate

• Relevant Compliance / Risk experience within Financial Services
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of communication skills, written and oral
